Hello, lovelies!

Today on the blog I will be sharing a yoga sequence I designed to help alleviate some symptoms of depression. I hope you’ll use this sequence as a base for your practice or as your main flow when feeling a little blue. My purpose when making this sequence was to provide as much wiggle room as possible for you to add poses, stay in them longer, or add any necessary modifications as needed. I want yoga to be accessible to EVERYONE, so this flow can be practiced by beginner and advanced yogis alike.
